Congratulations to Debbie Stanton, who has been named the 2012 Field Support Manager of the Year at the Queensland and Northern Territory Excellence in Franchising Awards. Debbie was announced as the winner at an awards dinner in Brisbane on July 21.

Organised by the Franchise Council of Australia, the awards are designed to recognise, showcase and reward outstanding work in the franchising sector.

Debbie's award is for excellence in the delivery of franchisee support and is a testament to the great work she does for First Class Accounts.

Debbie commenced at First Class Accounts in 2004 in the role of Franchisee Support Manager and is currently responsible for our network of over 150 franchisees, including field consultants in NSW, QLD, VIC & WA.

Debbie thrives in her role because she recognises the importance of good record keeping systems and analysis, on-going development and implementation of marketing and training tools to monitor growth, performance and overall health of the business and its' owners.

Debbie is noted for her empathy as well as her desire to assist and support people. She understands the emotional and professional challenges of small business, which enables her to flourish as a Franchisee Support Manager.

Debbie will now contest the National Awards to be decided in Canberra on 9 October 2012.
