After working for The Commonwealth bank first as a teller and then in the loans department he commuted to Sydney to work in the Broker Department of Commonwealth Bank Finance Company (CBFC), a change was needed and purchased a Newsagency on the NSW Central Coast, being a small newsagency, he did both the managing and customer service, so knows what it is like to be a small business owner and how to run a retail store. He is a registered BAS Agent and a Member of the Australian Bookkeepers Association.
Tony is skilled in Xero & MYOB including inventory & payroll. His skills in these products increased immensely through previous teaching of both software products with Dynamic Web Training in Sydney & Canberra – a student asked a question that was particular to the student’s business he found out the answer. He is also proficient in numerous apps that integrate with the mentioned software He loves a challenge, Tony is a problem solver.
He loves his golf…as does his wife, so she can do what she wants when he plays ???? he enjoys watching most sport especially Rugby League….go the Dragons. For weekends away he and his wife love packing up the camper van and experiencing different rural communities. He is the father of 2 children and 2 young grand-children

Charmaine

After working for a General Practitioner as a Practice Manager, the opportunity arose to purchase a Licensed Post Office (back then known as a Post Office Agency) on the NSW Central Coast with her mother-in-law, they operated this together for nearly 10 years and then amalgamated it with a Newsagency, which was then operated by Charmaine, her husband Tony and her mother & father in law. Charmaine was the licensee for the Post Office at this stage and was responsible for the day to day running and compliance requirements for Australia Post. She is a registered BAS Agent and a Member of the Australian Bookkeepers Association.
Charmaine is skilled in Xero,MYOB, QuickBooks Online including payroll, she is also proficient in KeyPay. She is currently doing her Diploma in Human Resources Management and has the skills to ensure your employee onboarding systems are compliant. Charmaine also loves the administration side of the business and ensures the day to day running of the practice complies with not both the Tax Practioner Board’s requirements, but the requirements as a licensee with First Class Accounts. She is also the registered ASIC Agent for the practice for your company compliance requirements Charmaine enjoys getting together with friends for a meal and loves a party. Weekends, when not getting away in the Camper van, are filled with tending her roses, doing craft, or spending it with her children and 2 young grandchildren.

Jacques is our dedicated BAS Agent Trainee, currently undertaking formal training while gaining hands-on experience in bookkeeping and compliance. Under supervision, he assists with data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) for review. He is learning to navigate key accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online, and is developing a solid understanding of GST, PAYG, and superannuation requirements. Jacques also supports our senior team with administrative tasks and client communication. His attention to detail and eagerness to learn make him a valuable asset as he progresses toward full BAS Agent registration.
