Chelsea Sanginiti wins 2016 Franchisee of the Year

September 21, 2016

First Class Financial Group is pleased to announce Chelsea Sanginiti as our 2016 Franchisee of the Year. Chelsea, from First Class Accounts Fremantle, was announced the winner at our annual gala dinner, which concludes our group conference every year.

Chelsea has been the nominated operator of her franchise since 2009, taking over from her mother Peta, who started the business in 2005. Chelsea has built a thriving business that fits in with her lifestyle and allows her to dedicate time to her family.

Chelsea’s achievement is even more amazing given that she gave birth to her 2nd child in the past year. Upon receiving her award, Chelsea was quick to pay tribute to her family, staff and fellow franchisee’s. “It’s very humbling and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my family, my fantastic staff and my wonderful network of clients for making it possible. All my colleagues here at First Class Accounts, we truly are a team and I thank you.

First Class Financial Group General Manager, Debbie Stanton, added “Chelsea has always been focused on development, and change. Her business is always evolving and introducing new opportunities for her team, and her clients helps with her productivity resulting in profitability.  You only need to speak with her to know that she’s very proud of her business and is well respected by her clients and peers. She is always willing to lend a hand and support others.”

Clive Barrett, Executive Chairman of First Class Financial Group, also paid tribute to Chelsea, saying “Chelsea is the epitome of the excellence that exists within our network of First Class Accounts franchisees. She’s built a highly successful business by providing exemplary service to her clients, while still allowing time to mentor some of our newly established franchisees. Chelsea defines the remarkable spirit within the First Class Brand and is a worthy winner of our ‘2016 Franchisee of the Year’ award.
