Setting goals was fundamental to Hayley’s success as a champion swimmer. Naturally, setting goals is also a point of strong focus for Hayley as a small business owner. In her words “goal setting is paramount for any type of success.”
Setting realistic goals is also of great importance. They need to be high enough to ensure they act as a motivating factor, easily achievable goals won’t satisfy your hunger for success, nor will they see your business grow. On the flip side, setting goals that are too high can be equally as damaging as they can have a demoralising affect.
